Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may notify us of your decision to return your product(s) by e-mail within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.

We will fully refund the treatment(s) purchased that have been returned to us provided that the products have not been opened, removed or damaged, and the products have not been used.

Our quality department responsible for the inspection of the returned products goes on the state of the product after the return package has been unpacked. We therefore recommend you use robust packaging to avoid any damage to the product during transport; ideally use the original packaging. The invoice corresponding to this purchase should be returned in the package.

We reserve the right to recover our costs of delivery and returns for orders rejected due to customs charges. Copy of a direct online store auto-generated order number is required.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery can not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!

Returns are processed within 3 days of receipt and you will be e-mailed when we process your return!

Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements will be sent back at your own expense. We will make every effort to contact you about ineligible returns.
